 Exploration rather than performance 
 
Here, movement can follow sensation, impulse, emotion, and curiosity more freely. It might take the form of dance, free movement, or simply moving with attention to how the body is felt and experienced from within. Without the demands of a particular exercise or technique, exploration itself can become the intention.
 
A space where exploration and release allow different layers of the mind-body relationship to be felt, observed, and perhaps gradually reorganized.
